00:00 Bienvenue at Bond Bridge. How does it feel to be here?
00:05 I am very happy to be here. I was afraid of the weather.
00:10 I was told about the rain. I had to take a lot of precautions.
00:17 We are in a raincoat. I am happy to have brought the sun.
00:24 I think I will leave you with a part of the sun.
00:29 I am so happy to be here.
00:36 Mr. Le Maire is very happy to be at Bond Bridge.
00:40 We had warned him to take a lot of clothes.
00:49 In English now, Lord Mayor is very happy to be here in Bond Bridge.
00:55 They had warned to take a lot of clothes with them.
01:01 It was going to rain. It was going to be so cold.
01:04 They are very pleasantly surprised.
01:06 They have actually maybe brought the sun with them.
01:09 They are going to probably take it back but maybe leave some behind.
01:14 But they are loving their day.
01:16 And the smiles are shining in any way.
01:19 Local smiles are always a good way to get more sun anyway.
01:25 It is up to your smile.
01:28 And especially your smile. It is very endearing.
01:32 What has our friendship been like?
01:36 What can we look forward to over the next few days?
01:40 It is just wonderful to be able to invite Jean-Luc and the group here.
01:46 They have been celebrating that for 30 years.
01:48 I am a local councillor in the Craigavan area.
01:50 So I am just blessed to be here today as Lord Mayor.
01:53 Which is really lovely to be here to meet all of the group.
01:56 There is a heavy schedule planned for them to bring them all over Northern Ireland.
02:00 And the benefits of that for Northern Ireland as a whole.
02:03 We have walked around Bond Bridge today and we have just seen how some of the shops in the town have actually embraced the partnership.
02:10 And we have seen their windows displays and just welcoming all of the groups here.
02:15 So hopefully this afternoon when they get a little bit of downtime.
02:18 They will be able to go in and spend some of that French money in our local industry here.
02:24 So it is just lovely to be able to invite them.
02:26 And as Jean-Luc has said it is lovely to have them bring the good weather with them too.
