00:00What do you think of the Freedom of Media Index?
00:07I think the overall index is quite interesting.
00:13But because the 3Rs are too controversial,
00:21we have to be aware of the sensitivity of these 3 things.
00:26In my opinion, there should be a balance.
00:31We don't need a law to regulate,
00:36but we have to control ourselves.
00:38Especially the writers who have to use something that is not sensitive
00:45to be conveyed.
00:48And not spontaneously write anything that is in our minds.
00:54In this case, the Ministry of Communication and Digital,
00:59Ministry of Education and Ministry of Higher Education
01:03can do something better
01:06so that the issue of freedom of media can be re-examined
01:11with self-control by the writers or individuals
01:15who cause things that are sensitive to the Malaysian community.
01:20The Freedom of Media Index can't be regulated like that
01:26because it's different from the Western countries.
01:29Because we have to be aware of it.
01:31Do you think it's the right thing to do?
01:35I think the analysis is right.
01:37We can't use the censorship of a country
01:41to make it a PIY to us.
01:45It has to be adjusted to the sensitivity of the Malaysian community.
01:51Not only the people, culture and religion,
01:55but we also have the kings.
01:58We also have the issue of the nation that I mentioned.
02:02And we also have issues that, in my opinion,
02:07should be addressed by the Malaysian community
02:10from any nation.
02:12Okay, thank you.
02:15You're welcome.
