00:16 to keep children safe and to keep them with families.

00:21 And we are closing hundreds and hundreds of reports every month

00:26 with no capacity to allocate.

00:28 And it's the caseworkers that have to try and sleep at night

00:32 knowing that we're not responding to vulnerable children

00:36 and families in crisis.

00:38 We have to live that day in, day out.

00:42 We are all burnt out.

00:45 And we need help.

00:50 And we need it done now, and not in another six months

00:54 or another 12 months. It needs to happen now.
