00:00 We have some very young players and that's why we built this club back and
00:08 that takes time and we built this by bringing in young players Rasmus
00:14 Hoyland, Alejandro Canaccio, Kobi Manon. They are all in the first season of
00:20 a Premier League and the Premier League gets intenser year by year. We have seen
00:26 the data and it's much more intense as last season and especially when you see
00:32 it over the last four or five seasons and those players have to adjust and
00:37 that takes time and I'm sorry for everyone. So I'm very impatient but there
00:43 we need patience and fans they need patience and we built here a team and
00:49 they need to experience. The great Manchester United team, we forget they were
00:54 also built. I have seen I think when they had 2005, 2004, 2005 they also didn't play
01:01 that great football. They were building and it takes time but everyone
01:07 forgets even the players who are by that time in the team they forget that they
01:13 were struggling and that they needed time to progress.
