00:10 The victim was found dead but the 7-year-old Judy Limpido was found in the wiki.

00:19 After drowning in the irrigation, she was brought to her house in Barangay Nagidayan, Bantay Ilocos Sur.

00:25 After 30 minutes, her 5-year-old brother, Princess, was found dead in the irrigation.

00:33 According to their mother, she put her 6 children to sleep.

00:37 She was in the camp when the irrigation was damaged.

00:49 I was worried that they would be caught in the flood.
