00:13The man wearing a helmet was caught by CCTV in front of a computer shop in Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City.

00:20He was holding a gun that he was forced to buy using a bag.

00:23Later on, he put the gun inside the sliding door of the computer shop.

00:28He shot the owner of the computer shop.

00:30The victim, Andy De La Piere, was recognized as a 36-year-old man.

00:35Aside from being the owner of a computer shop in the area,

00:38the victim also installed internet and CCTV.

00:41But the CCTV that he installed was the only one that could record his death.

00:46I just saw my sister's body in the shop.

00:53My brother was crying.

00:55My brother was crying when he was shot.

01:09The victim's family is blank on the motive of the shooting.
