00:24 "and I just pounded a glass of breast milk

00:26 "because I feel sick.

00:32 is a Kardashian thing anyway.

00:34 Back in 2013, Kim Kardashian found out the substance

02:11 to her Instagram story April 7th, saying,

02:14 "Dear new mommies, your body is beautiful at all stages.

02:17 "During pregnancy, as we are glowing and growing,

02:20 "postpartum, as we are healing and shrinking,

02:22 "and then the period I find the hardest,

02:24 "as our bodies are still adjusting.

02:26 "And if you're breastfeeding,

02:27 "that's a whole other part of it."

02:29 Kourtney added, "I try to be kind to myself,

02:32 "as my body finds a new normal.

02:34 "The pressure put on us to bounce back

02:35 "when everything is new and different isn't realistic."
