00:10 My career at Aavas and at BETC over the past 15 years

00:14 has been really dynamic and exciting

00:17 because I've had the opportunity to do a lot of absolutely different things

00:21 and to learn from myself and to find my way each time.

00:25 I started at BETC in Paris in 2009

00:28 and I was very lucky because I had the opportunity to have different experiences and different roles.

00:33 From co-creating BETC Corporate to managing strategic planning and consulting

00:40 to managing the prosumer reports for Aavas,

00:43 the list is not infinite but it continues.

00:46 Because working in advertising is first and foremost a matter of people,

00:49 it's a matter of talent, it's a matter of wanting to be among talent

00:53 to do some pretty crazy and a little bit incredible things that stand out from the ordinary.

00:58 And I think that BETC and Aavas are really good places to do that,

01:02 to bring together talents.

01:05 And I would also say that talent and empathy are key words

01:10 to describe the managers and leaders with whom I worked in the group.

01:14 Because around me I've always had an attentive listening,

01:18 I've always had people who were there to help me find the best path for me.

01:24 And every time I needed support and help, they were there for me.

01:29 And moreover, in general, I would say that I am extremely grateful

01:33 to work in a work environment that is positive, inclusive

01:37 and that is actually what we could call safe,

01:40 where all conversations can take place, including the most difficult ones.

01:44 More recently, a year ago, I had the incredible chance

01:48 to make my role evolve again by moving and moving to New York

01:54 to open a BETC house.

01:56 It's a new adventure, extremely exciting,

01:59 which proves that really everything in the Aavas group is possible.
