00:24 Aside from raising my kids, I'm also a daughter,

00:27 and I take that responsibility very seriously as well.

00:33 requires a great deal of energy.

00:35 And yeah, it can be stressful at times.

00:38 But I've been very fortunate to have empathetic leaders

00:41 and team members who I can go to for support when I need it.

00:44 There's also a commitment to wellness at the global level,
