02:26 So, I was elected as a member of the International Olympic Committee, or IOC, by the IOC.

02:33 So, I wasn't sent there by the Philippines.

02:36 Since I was elected there, I was the one they sent to the Philippines

02:42 to represent them here in the Philippines.

02:46 To represent that international organization here.

02:50 And other countries, perhaps?

02:51 Well, I'm just assigned to the Philippines.

02:54 But not all countries, because they have an IOC member.
