ACT loophole could see $32,000 fine for vape possession

The ACT is often praised for its progressive approach to drugs, but it’s emerged a legal loophole that could see someone caught with a nicotine vape fined more than $30,000. This is 300 times the penalty for possessing illicit drugs like heroin.
