1960s Gaines Burger dog food TV commercial

1960s Gaines Burger dog food TV commercial possibly with William Hickey (the annoying Carlton Blanchard, from the TV show "Wings"). I am not certain, but the actor sure does sound like the annoying voice of William Hickey. In case you do not remember the character Carlton Blanchard, he hired the Sandpiper airline to fly him to New Mexico, He would constantly asked STUPID questions to anybody that was naive enough to pay attention to him, and the question was asked in an INCREDIBLY whining old man voice. In another episode, the character Carlton had his nephew (played by Gilbert Gottfried - another actor with an INCREDIBLY annoying voice) guest starring.
