Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz resigned as Selangor Umno treasurer on Monday (April 1), citing discrepancies between the party’s planning at the central level and its implementation at the state and grassroots levels, which also depended on the local leadership's attitude and approach.
