00:04 It's a bit wet at the moment mate and we'd like to know what sort of things can an athlete

00:10 do to keep themselves occupied and ripe and ready for this race?

00:15 Well I think the best thing is just to stay calm and try and keep dry to be honest.

00:19 So if you keep warm, no injuries and yeah, you'll be fine for the race then I reckon.

00:24 Have you ever been at a race that's been this wet?

00:27 Honestly no, I have not been at a race that's been this wet but seeing as we've got the

00:32 long spikes it shouldn't be an issue.

00:34 Excellent.

00:35 I know it's still over 120 metres but what are some of the technique changes you might

00:39 have to implement?

00:40 I reckon definitely top end speed is one of those ones that comes in more over the 120

00:45 here at Stole.

00:46 But apart from that, grass running is obviously a whole lot different.

00:50 I don't know too much about grass running but yeah, definitely top end speed would come

00:55 more into play.

00:56 Excellent and who's your pick for the winner this year?

00:58 I'm a bit biased, definitely Indale.
