01:35 We are out here this morning because we
01:37 have issues that are affecting the basic membership.
01:44 We have been bombarded with our crew restructure.
01:48 But the crew restructure entails transfers, et cetera.
01:53 Workers have expressed their problems
01:56 with being moved from one location to another.
02:00 And they have written to the management.
02:02 The management have not had a discussion with these workers
02:07 as to how they could be accommodated.
02:11 We had meetings.
02:13 We were assured by the manager that they would meet.
02:16 This has not been done.
02:17 Today, they're supposed to affect the shopper room.
02:21 So we are out here expressing our dissatisfaction.
02:24 There are other issues, health and safety issues.
02:26 We have search and personnel who are asking for some PPE
02:31 to protect them from blasts, et cetera.
02:34 And for some reason, the management
02:36 is very slow to react, very slow to react.
02:39 So these are some of the issues that we are having.
02:43 So we do have a little peace and protest.
02:46 Well, we'll have to take it as it goes.
