00:33 10-15 minutes doesn't seem like a long time but it's actually very significant because
00:38 it just keeps you consistent with your workout routine, we don't always need to be in a gym
00:43 for an hour or two, it's about the small steps that you're taking every day to get to the

00:57 my exercises I'm having a little bit of a dance and just really enjoying it.
