Is council tax too high?

With increases across the board, we ask the people of Cardiff whether council tax hikes are getting out of hand.

00:45 much more careful, which in some ways is good, but then in other ways it's like you're scared

00:49 to buy certain things, like you've got to be so much more careful and now more than

00:55 ever it's just getting ridiculous.
