00:25 The NBI Cavite District Office North has just entered this notary public office in Naic, Cavite.

00:31 The 66-year-old is arrested for claiming to be a chicken lawyer.

00:36 He even got a tweet.

00:37 But he was suddenly stopped when the real lawyer he's using for his notary job arrived.

00:50 But we're not allowed to use our names.

00:53 We received a complaint from a lawyer who works in our Department of Migrant Workers.

01:00 He found out that his name and notary commission is being used by a claiming lawyer.

01:10 We utilized one of our agents as an undercover or for sure customer.

01:16 In front of him, he signed the name of our complainant lawyer.

01:26 He also put a dry seal.

01:30 These are the evidence that the NBI found from the suspect they arrested.

01:35 There are dry seal stamps.

01:37 There are also stamp pads with the names of three different lawyers.

01:42 One of these lawyers is over 90 years old.

01:46 Based on the investigation of the NBI, the claim of the suspect who is connected to these three lawyers is not true.

01:55 Based on our record check, we admitted that our client was previously interrupted,

02:03 charged, and imprisoned.

02:06 He served a sentence for the same offense.

02:08 That's why he's a repeat offender.

02:11 We tried to get the consent of the suspect to confess, but he refused to comment.
