Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani announced the budget of the APBN State Budget on 15 March 2024
00:10
had a surplus of Rp22.8 trillion or equal to 0.1% of domestic brutto products.
00:18
The surplus is calculated from the state income recorded as Rp493.2 trillion or 17.6% of the target of Rp2,802.3 trillion
00:32
which comes from taxes, interest payments and state receivables, not taxes or BNBB.
00:38
At the APBN-Kita press conference on March 2024 in Jakarta on March 25,
00:44
Minister Mulyani also explained the surplus means the state income is higher than the state output or spending.
00:51
For state spending, it reached Rp470.3 trillion, which means 14.1% of the total budget has been spent.
01:03
And this has grown quite high, which is 18.1% year-on-year, from January and February to mid-March.
01:13
The APBN position still has a surplus of Rp22.8 trillion or 0.1% of domestic brutto products.
01:22
Sri Mulyani added that the balance of the Prime Minister also showed a positive trend, which is Rp132.1 trillion,
01:33
which is a difference from the total state income minus state spending outside the payment of interest payments.
