00:13 A lot of life, we highlight the big stuff and we suppress the small stuff but a lot of it is actually pretty mundane.
00:23 I think social media has made life about virality, millions of views, the trends, it's about big achievements and awards
00:32 and I'm very thankful for this one but life is not all about that actually.
00:37 I realized that life is not only about virality but integrity and consistency.
00:44 Integrity is who you are outside and inside, public and private.
00:50 Consistency are the constant decisions we're making, the intentionality behind all of our habits.
00:56 I think it's important to realize that that's 99% of our lives and that's 100% of us here.
01:06 I have this honor and I share this honor with 7 other amazing women but I want to share this honor as well to the women who are in the 99%.
01:17 The mothers who tirelessly parent their children without the recognition.
01:23 The teachers who are patiently steering and guiding their students, the next generation shaping them.

01:35 All of these women and girls who won't get the recognition, I share this with them because this is the 1% and they're working in the 99.
