00:10 I really want to thank John for all of his work over the last seven years.

00:15 It's been a real honour and a privilege to work with him

00:18 and the commitment and the dedication and the outcomes that he's achieved for the local government area.

00:24 We all just really want to thank him for his work

00:27 and it's been a real privilege to be able to work with him.

00:31 But today I'm announcing that I'm running this time as the Ward 1 candidate

00:36 and for the Lord Mayoral candidacy.

00:39 It's been a real privilege to run, to be an elected Councillor for Ward 2

00:44 and I want to thank those residents for supporting me.

00:46 I'm happy to go on supporting them

00:48 but it makes sense for me to be a Ward 1 candidate because I'm a Tysall resident.

00:52 I live in Ward 1.

00:54 I have ongoing connections with local issues and community groups in Ward 1.
