This man, a four-year apprentice electrician, was trying to pull some circuits into a metal junction box using a fish tape. He was working under the guidance of his partner, who was directing him when to pull. With his partner's guidance, he exerted extra effort to pull the wire. However, the tape unexpectedly broke, leaving a long length of wire stuck inside the conduit, out of reach, forcing them to start over.
