00:13 Welcome to the show. You just saw the title "Khaqa" and now "Faisala".
00:19 It is a story where a person is late in repentance. He has left this world.
00:26 God knows what happened but it seems that he was late in repentance and left this world.
00:35 We will talk about this topic and some of your questions.
00:39 We will talk to the Ulema. Mr. Qibla Mufti Akmal is with us.
00:42 Thank you very much. Thank you very much.
00:48 Mr. Mufti, there are some things that we know but we are still heedless.
00:57 We know that no one can guarantee the next second.
01:01 But still we think that we are in this age, so we will repent.
01:09 Please tell us about this. How dangerous it is that Allah does not do it.
01:19 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan. In the name of Allah, the most Merciful.
01:23 Our Prophet (pbuh) would sometimes get free from the need of food.
01:28 He would eat Tayammum.
01:30 The companions would ask, "O Messenger of Allah, water is available, why are you eating Tayammum?"
01:35 The Prophet (pbuh) would say, "It is possible that I will not be able to reach the water and before that I will die."
01:42 This is a practical lesson for our Ummah.
01:45 Although there are many evidences that the Prophet (pbuh) knew the time of his death.
01:50 He did not know that the message of Allah was not fulfilled.
01:52 But for our education, imagine your death in front of you.
01:57 When we remember death, then the Satan gives us long hopes.
02:05 You have the physical strength, you have the money, you have the power, you have the money,
02:09 you go to the gym in the morning, you do swimming, your sources are very good,
02:15 your contacts are very good, you will be able to work on your phone.
02:19 All these things together make a person ignorant.
02:22 And he thinks that maybe he will be able to control death.
02:25 And this is what makes him forgetful.
02:28 Then the master was worried that he should kill everyone one by one,
02:35 so it is not right to have long hopes.
02:38 Long hopes are not wrong, but always remember death.
02:45 Such long hopes that make a person unaware of the preparation of the hereafter,
02:50 make him unaware of his mistakes, his shortcomings,
02:54 remove him from repentance, remove him from the critics who are correcting him,
03:01 and take him away from the welcome.
03:03 That is destructive.
03:05 [Hassan] Allah says in this verse, it is also seen in other places,
03:08 For example, if you want to do Hajj, you can do it now.
03:13 I am just 28 years old.
03:16 Of course, it is not the same thing as Shariah, Wazifa, Hajj.
03:20 But people have this mindset that I am too young, it is too early.
03:26 [Guruji] Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.
03:28 There is a shayar of Munir Niazi,
03:30 If you have to say something important, if you have to fulfill a promise,
03:33 if you have to call someone, if you have to call him back,
03:36 I always delay.
03:38 So this is a person's problem psychologically.
03:41 He has a lot of difficulties because he knows but does not believe.
03:46 Knowing is one thing, believing is another.
03:49 You will see that there is a diabetic patient,
03:51 he also likes halwa, when he knows that it will harm him.
03:54 Heart failure patient, terminal disease,
03:58 but despite that, he also likes to eat something else.
04:02 Until this feeling is completely overcome,
04:06 that no, I know what I know, I have to believe it,
04:09 until then he does not perform practically.
04:12 There is a sentence of Maulana Kainat in Najar Balaga,
04:15 "Inna akhwafa maa khafu alaikum istnataan"
04:19 The thing I fear the most about you are two things.
04:23 "Ittiba'ul hawa wa tulul amal"
04:26 That it should not be that you start following the desires of the self,
04:29 and get behind long hopes.
04:32 Like Mufti Sahab eloquently elaborated it,
04:35 that a person generally does a lot of things,
04:38 he is anticipating a lot of things, he does business, he plans,
04:41 that planning is justified in its place.
04:44 If that plan is translated in the dreams of Sheikh Chilli,
04:47 and if it is transformed in the dreams,
04:50 then that thing comes which is called "Tulul Amal".
04:53 Then after that, how much uncertainty does Wasim Sahab have?
04:56 Who can guarantee about the next moment that a person will remain?
05:01 Then after that, the moment that is present,
05:04 that moment a person should consider as a boon,
05:06 and do the work that has to be done.
05:08 The more it is delayed,
05:10 the more uncertainty, the more the chains of the person,
05:13 will come and take hold of him, and no one can guarantee about that.
05:16 Right. But Mufti Sahab, there is one more thing,
05:19 since we are talking about this topic,
05:21 a brief question, as I said in the beginning,
05:24 that now repent, whether he did or not, whether he accepted or not.
05:27 This matter, sometimes we see this habit,
05:30 that a person has left the world,
05:33 then people are commenting very easily,
05:36 that they are saying this in any words,
05:39 that he was like this, and he was doing wrong things,
05:42 still, I don't know where he is now.
05:45 So is this habit right?
05:47 We see this in the world also,
05:49 that someone suddenly got many diseases,
05:51 or got stuck,
05:53 so we say, now he is stuck, Allah has made him.
05:56 So is it right to predict this, or is it better to stay away from this habit?
06:00 No, it is obligatory to stay away.
06:03 How can you and I make a command on Allah's other decisions?
06:07 Prophet (pbuh) says,
06:09 there was a man in Bani Israel, who never did any good deed.
06:12 When he was about to die, he made a will to his family,
06:15 that I am afraid, if I am in the grip of Allah,
06:17 He will not leave me.
06:19 So when I die, burn my body,
06:21 and blow half of the ash in the air,
06:23 and pour half of it in the water.
06:25 He did this as per the will.
06:27 Allah gave the command to water, to air,
06:29 that ash was collected, and made him alive.
06:31 So Allah said, why did you make such a command?
06:33 Even though he knows Allah.
06:35 But Allah said, only because of your fear.
06:37 Allah said, because of this fear, I have forgiven you.
06:40 And who is saying this? Our Prophet (pbuh)
06:43 It means that to clear the minds of such people,
06:47 the government has taught till the Day of Judgment.
06:50 The world is a different thing,
06:52 but you cannot decide about the hereafter.
06:55 The Prophet (pbuh) says,
06:57 sometimes a person does good deeds all his life,
07:00 and stays one step away from paradise.
07:03 Then he does something,
07:05 that he becomes a disbeliever and goes to hell.
07:08 And sometimes a person does something wrong,
07:11 till he is one step away from hell.
07:14 And then he does such a deed,
07:16 that Allah makes him a paradise.
07:18 So this should not be said.
07:20 And the delay for the Hajj that you have mentioned,
07:24 there is an impure thought behind it.
07:27 That is, do it now,
07:29 and then at the end,
07:31 we will do Hajj together and make everyone forgive.
07:34 For this too, the request is that,
07:36 think that, first of all,
07:38 has he come at the end?
07:40 How many people died?
07:42 And even if Hajj is done,
07:44 then that Hajj becomes the atonement for our sins,
07:47 which is accepted in the court of Allah.
07:49 If it is not accepted,
07:51 then there will be no superiority of non-accepted Hajj.
07:54 There is a loss in our performance,
07:56 there is a shortage.
07:57 There is a shortage in the risk we are bearing.
08:00 It is Allah's will.
08:01 That is why I request all of you,
08:03 do not delay in good deeds.
08:06 The government said,
08:07 haste is from Satan.
08:09 But in some deeds,
08:10 like when a young girl gets married,
08:13 if she gets a chance to do good deeds,
08:15 then in her Irtikab,
08:17 and if she gets a chance to repent,
08:19 then in repentance.
08:20 She should do it immediately.
08:22 [Dr. Shehzad] Great.
08:23 There are some questions,
08:24 I have done it with the title of Nikah.
08:26 If you want to comment on it.
08:28 There is a lot of confusion about being judgmental.
08:30 I am telling you personally,
08:32 I am not justifying or criticizing anyone.
08:36 But because of my field,
08:39 I know some people,
08:40 about whom I am sure,
08:41 their public will have an impression,
08:43 that I don't know if he has ever prayed in his life.
08:46 I don't know if he has even touched the Quran.
08:48 Because,
08:49 whatever it is,
08:50 obviously.
08:51 And I know how much restriction he has.
08:55 So I am not saying that,
08:56 in which field he is right or wrong.
08:58 It is dangerous.
08:59 In this way,
09:00 the confusion of being judgmental is very common.
09:02 Should we be careful about this too?
09:04 [Ghamidi] Basically,
09:05 it is important to remember,
09:06 that the work is wrong,
09:07 it is wrong.
09:08 It is not that we can justify the act of drinking alcohol,
09:11 or we can say it is good.
09:12 [Dr. Shehzad] Obviously.
09:13 [Ghamidi] It is obligatory to offer Salah,
09:14 it is obligatory to fast,
09:15 it is obligatory to fast.
09:16 Now,
09:17 the matter of the conclusion in the hereafter,
09:20 whether it was accepted or not,
09:21 about that,
09:22 we should be careful with Allah.
09:24 If someone has committed a sin,
09:26 then we should expect that Allah will forgive him.
09:29 There are some cases,
09:30 where we have a definite proof.
09:34 For example,
09:35 we have a proof.
09:36 We know about the Pharaoh in hell.
09:38 We know about the Prophet.
09:39 So these are the exceptions,
09:41 which cannot be used to justify.
09:43 But,
09:44 a common Muslim,
09:45 a common believer,
09:46 should be careful about that.
09:48 That even if some mistakes have happened,
09:50 then the matter of the hereafter is up to Allah.
09:51 Why do we ask for this prayer?
09:52 Because Allah wants to make the matters of the hereafter easier.
09:55 So,
09:56 on this hope,
09:57 that Allah will arrange something,
09:58 with His grace,
09:59 with the intercession of the Prophet,
10:01 or with the prayers of other Muslims,
10:03 or with the help of the people,
10:04 that some good deed should be done by them,
10:06 then for Allah,
10:07 there are many excuses for forgiveness.
10:09 [Hassan] Wow,
10:10 absolutely right.
10:11 Qibla,
10:12 we have 4-5 minutes left,
10:13 so if we can include some questions,
10:15 this was a question about Nikah.
10:17 Now,
10:18 it is a digital era,
10:19 so,
10:20 from your perspective,
10:22 is it okay to have an online Nikah,
10:24 where there is no presence of the Prophet?
10:27 [Ghamidi] There is a permissible situation,
10:29 and a non-permissible situation.
10:31 In our opinion,
10:32 the one who accepts the Prophet's call,
10:34 and two witnesses,
10:35 they should be in the same gathering.
10:37 [Hassan] Okay,
10:38 it is necessary.
10:39 [Ghamidi] Yes,
10:40 it is necessary.
10:41 So,
10:42 if the boy is here,
10:43 and the girl is there,
10:44 and suppose,
10:45 two witnesses are sitting here,
10:46 and they are accepting the Prophet's call,
10:47 then the gathering of the one who accepts the Prophet's call,
10:48 is not the same.
10:49 It is possible that
10:50 the girl calls from there,
10:51 and makes someone here her lawyer.
10:53 Now,
10:54 this is a lawyer,
10:55 and the groom is sitting here,
10:56 and two witnesses,
10:57 the lawyer will make a request from the girl,
10:59 the boy will accept,
11:00 and the two witnesses will be present,
11:01 this will be in one gathering,
11:02 this is the way they will adopt,
11:03 and the Nikah will be done.
11:04 [Hassan] So,
11:05 is it possible that,
11:06 for example,
11:07 there are two witnesses,
11:08 and the Nikah is being done,
11:09 and the boy and the girl are not in the same gathering,
11:10 both have appointed their lawyers,
11:12 so,
11:13 then that one gathering will be there,
11:14 and the Nikah will be done like this?
11:15 [Ghamidi] Yes,
11:16 this is also possible.
11:17 [Hassan] What is this in Fiqh-e-Jafri?
11:19 [Ghamidi] Mufti Sahab will give permission,
11:20 there is a slight difference in Fiqh-e-Jafri,
11:22 that if there is communication on the telephone,
11:24 or through the internet,
11:25 and the things are being pronounced properly,
11:27 then after that,
11:28 the Nikah will be accepted,
11:30 and this is not a condition.
11:32 [Hassan] This will be done.
11:33 [Ghamidi] May I request this?
11:34 Some of our Ahnafs,
11:35 are also giving permission for this,
11:37 in the present time.
11:38 We are a little careful,
11:40 because the old ways,
11:41 and the Nikah issues are a little sensitive.
11:43 So,
11:44 there is no need to apologize to Hazrat.
11:46 [Ghamidi] You have given permission.
11:48 [Hassan] SubhanAllah, what to say.
11:50 [Ghamidi] There are differences in Fiqh,
11:52 there is no problem in this.
11:53 Everyone has arguments.
11:54 There is no problem in this.
11:55 [Hassan] I thank Mufti Sahab for his kindness.
11:57 [Ghamidi] SubhanAllah, what to say.
11:59 And before the next question,
12:01 I was saying this at the time of Sahar,
12:03 and now this thing itself came out.
12:05 I have a wish,
12:06 that I wish Allah makes it possible,
12:08 that we can raise this issue in the society.
12:10 Here,
12:11 we have said,
12:12 so you may be guessing,
12:13 that there is a difference,
12:14 between the two.
12:15 There is a difference in Fiqh,
12:16 and there is a difference in the word,
12:17 I don't understand the word,
12:18 'Iqtalab' either.
12:19 So,
12:20 what is the problem in this,
12:21 that one side,
12:22 one side should give their opinion,
12:23 and the other side should give their opinion.
12:24 And,
12:25 the respect should remain the same.
12:26 Whether it is a political opinion,
12:27 a religious opinion,
12:28 or a Fiqh opinion.
12:29 So,
12:30 if we can raise this issue,
12:31 then how beautiful it will be,
12:32 and Allah will make it possible,
12:33 in the society,
12:34 this issue can be raised like this,
12:35 InshaAllah.
12:36 The last question,
12:37 is a collection of some questions,
12:38 I will take a comment from both.
12:39 What is the importance of your health,
12:40 and taking precautionary measures,
12:41 and taking care of yourself.
12:42 We hear this from doctors,
12:43 and our next segment is also related to this.
12:44 But,
12:45 in some cases,
12:46 is it obligatory,
12:47 or is it obligatory,
12:48 that for example,
12:49 a diabetic patient,
12:50 has reached a stage,
12:51 that brother,
12:52 if you are not careful,
12:53 then you will,
12:54 you will go ahead in the disease.
12:55 Now,
12:56 it is possible that,
12:57 even the Shariah is binding him,
12:58 that brother,
12:59 now this food,
13:00 can be dangerous for your life.
13:01 It is a coincidence,
13:02 that yesterday,
13:03 Mufti Sahib,
13:04 said that,
13:05 if you are not careful,
13:06 then you will go ahead in the disease.
13:07 So,
13:08 it is a coincidence,
13:09 that yesterday,
13:10 when Mufti Sahib,
13:11 discussed the issue of parents,
13:12 I wanted to support him,
13:13 but he was left out.
13:14 That,
13:15 in terms of exercise,
13:16 that after reaching that stage of his age,
13:18 it is a special topic.
13:19 Although,
13:20 when a person is focused on this,
13:21 he should take care of these things.
13:23 But,
13:24 that after reaching a certain age,
13:26 he should be more sensitive,
13:28 should be sensitive.
13:29 That verse of the Holy Quran,
13:31 should also be kept in mind,
13:32 as a general guideline,
13:33 that,
13:34 "La tulqu bi-aidikum ila-tahluka"
13:37 "Do not put yourself in danger by your own hands"
13:39 Obviously,
13:40 you see,
13:41 there is a general issue,
13:42 that there are some things,
13:43 which can be harmful for a person's health,
13:45 but it is not like,
13:46 if you eat it now,
13:47 you will die.
13:48 We know about sugar,
13:49 that refined sugar,
13:50 is harmful for a person,
13:52 but no one will say,
13:53 that if you eat it now,
13:54 it is haram for you.
13:56 But,
13:57 if a person has reached that stage of diabetes,
13:59 where the doctor is saying to him,
14:00 "My dear,
14:01 there is no scope for it now."
14:02 So,
14:03 at this time,
14:04 this diagnosis,
14:05 which is an opinion of an expert,
14:07 of the Ahle Khibra,
14:08 has to be considered,
14:09 and it has to be taken to that extent,
14:11 where,
14:12 even a spoon is not used,
14:14 correctly.
14:15 So,
14:16 this will vary from case to case.
14:17 We cannot give a definitive opinion about it.
14:19 There are some things,
14:20 which are harmful,
14:21 which are haram.
14:22 Whether a person is healthy,
14:23 or not,
14:24 it is haram.
14:25 But,
14:26 there are cases,
14:27 where the diagnosis is correct,
14:29 but it is a very difficult issue.
14:31 But,
14:32 if you see overall,
14:33 that the things,
14:34 which are harmful for a person,
14:36 should be avoided,
14:37 this is one advice,
14:38 and one suggestion.
14:39 But,
14:40 where this diagnosis comes,
14:41 that if you use it,
14:42 you will die,
14:43 or you will be close to dying,
14:44 or your organ will be damaged,
14:46 then it is very easy.
14:47 [Dr. Shehzad] I can conclude this,
14:48 I take the opinion of Mufti sahab,
14:49 that,
14:50 from a religious perspective,
14:51 leave aside the ethical and medical perspective,
14:53 if from a religious perspective,
14:54 taking care of health,
14:55 if not mandatory,
14:57 by all means,
14:58 it is highly recommended.
15:00 Any two opinions?
15:01 [Dr. Shehzad] This is a blessing for you,
15:03 and I am thankful for it.
15:04 I am thankful for taking care of my health.
15:06 [Dr. Shehzad] Yes,
15:07 as Hazrat has said,
15:08 this is the same.
15:09 And,
15:10 suicide is of two types,
15:12 one is by reality,
15:13 and the other is by command.
15:14 By reality,
15:15 it means,
15:16 a person kills himself by his own will,
15:18 and by command,
15:19 it means,
15:20 he is killing himself,
15:21 but the intention is not to kill himself.
15:23 But,
15:24 the result is the same.
15:25 As Hazrat has said,
15:26 when the doctor has said,
15:27 when he knows,
15:28 that,
15:29 there are 2-3 walls,
15:30 or 4 walls,
15:31 or 3 walls,
15:32 which are closed,
15:33 now,
15:34 in the wedding,
15:35 he is eating so much korma,
15:36 that,
15:37 it is like,
15:38 closing the nose,
15:39 and putting it inside,
15:40 and he is drowning in it.
15:41 He says,
15:42 without any method,
15:43 I cannot swallow a single bite.
15:44 If I cannot swallow a single bite,
15:45 then,
15:46 Hazrat,
15:47 you will swallow it,
15:48 if you keep doing this.
15:49 Such a diabetic patient says,
15:50 that,
15:51 if you want to die,
15:52 then eat and die.
15:53 These are the full-bodied sayings of him,
15:55 which are,
15:56 one by one,
15:57 [Shahnaz] The necessary sayings.
15:58 [Dr. Shehzad] The necessary sayings.
15:59 [Shahnaz] The necessary sayings.
16:00 [Dr. Shehzad] The necessary sayings.
16:01 [Shahnaz] The necessary sayings.
16:02 [Dr. Shehzad] The necessary sayings.
