00:00 We are in district number 4, one of the largest districts, including three districts,
00:04 so there will be a little more priorities. We will present six priorities.
00:09 I would like to focus on the creation of an activity center on the outskirts of the city,
00:14 which will include institutions such as a library, a senior club, a youth club,
00:19 or a headquarters of the outskirts association.
00:23 When will the street in front of my house be built?
00:25 This is the most frequently asked question to the councilors, certainly to the councilors from district 4.
00:30 We, residents of Gronowo, Zatorze Zaborowe, have only one expectation,
00:36 or rather, maybe not only one, but this is our main expectation from Wadmust,
00:40 to live in a safe, well-lit, moderately crowded street.
00:45 Unfortunately, many of us have been waiting for this for years, even decades, some residents.
00:51 We know that this task in the city is on the agenda.
00:57 We will approve within the deadline, you will be able to check it at the end of the deadline,
01:01 that is why we are writing here the five-year period, at least 5 kilometers of dirt roads.
01:06 This is our promise, which we encourage you to note down,
01:10 check in 5 years whether this promise is fulfilled.
01:13 These 5 kilometers may not seem like an impressive number,
01:17 but, ladies and gentlemen, first of all, we want our priorities to be realistic,
01:21 not just promises that sound perfect, but are actually difficult to fulfill.
01:27 And the second thing is that it is about three times as much as the road is being paved today.
01:31 As for Gronowo, it is known that the main problem is the departure from Gronowo and the arrival there after hours of work.
01:38 I am talking about the construction of a link from the Antonina roundabout to Gronowo,
01:43 which was already started in the project.
01:47 It is irreversible.
01:50 All other solutions, such as right-turn, left-turn, the construction of the Antonina road,
01:56 are a middle ground for us.
01:59 As you know, the middle ground lasts the longest, so we want to avoid it.
02:04 I have been living in Zaborów for a long time, and one of the biggest problems for the residents
02:10 is the truck traffic running through Górowska and 1st of May streets.
02:16 There used to be no alternative to this traffic.
02:19 Today there is a so-called southern bypass, i.e. from the Zaborowo roundabout to the Dąbcze roundabout,
02:26 and truck cars could drive there.
02:29 Unfortunately, they still, especially at night, choose to drive through Zaborowo.
02:35 We promise that by the end of this year we will be able to drive the truck traffic outside these two streets.
02:43 How do you want to do it?
02:45 We really want the Zaborowo district to develop well,
02:48 so we will also work in this direction,
02:52 so that a road connecting Dożynkowa street with Zaborowo roundabout and 1st of May streets is built.
02:58 A complete modernization of what is there today.
03:01 We are on Święciechowska Street. I would like to say "on the sidewalk",
03:05 but as you can see, there is no sidewalk in this part of the city and in this part of Święciechowska Street.
03:13 I would like to ask for the presentation of this key postulate for the Zatorze district,
03:20 led by the Council Club of the Civic Coalition of Jacek Matecki and Przemek Górny,
03:25 who have repeatedly raised this issue in the past term.
03:29 I invite you.
03:31 Święciechowska Street is a roundabout of the entire Zatorze district.
03:35 It is the main artery, after which the inhabitants have a rather dubious pleasure,
03:41 and are basically forced to use it every day.
03:45 The topic of Święciechowska Street has indeed been circulating for many, many years,
03:51 and unfortunately the problem is that it has been circulating mainly in words.
03:56 Although some efforts have now been made to prepare the documentation,
04:00 I would like to remind you that we have been dealing with this issue for many years.
04:04 Święciechowska Street is the quintessence of the government of President Łukasz Browiak.
04:08 I would like to go back to the very beginning.
04:11 At the beginning, a project was made to rebuild Święciechowska Street.
04:14 Later, the President was very undecided and changed that it would be a "design and build" formula.
04:20 After a few months, the President changed his mind again and decided that first the documentation would be done.
04:27 Months and years have passed, and Święciechowska Street has not been done.
04:31 As Mr. Grzegorz Usiecki said, even today, in this piece of Święciechowska Street, there is no sidewalk.
04:37 I would like to mention 2019.
04:39 It was one of our first sessions, where residents from Święciechowska Street appeared for the session.
04:45 The President promised that in May this year, a tender for the reconstruction of Święciechowska Street would be announced,
04:51 that two years later it would be completed.
04:53 You can see what it looks like.
04:56 I can't even see the shovels hit so that the reconstruction of Święciechowska Street would begin.
05:01 Our commitment is that Święciechowska Street will be built by 2028.
05:06 We do not want to promise a quick implementation.
05:08 We are aware that we will encounter a lot of difficulties here.
05:12 If we look at Leszno, at the state of this street, it is a shame for the city.
