00:21 She tells the Good Morning America anchor,

00:24 "Right now, really, my priority is my kids and creating this beautiful sanctuary for our family."

00:29 But she adds, "I don't have a crystal ball about what's going to happen tomorrow, but yeah."

00:34 But that's not to say Giselle, who a source recently confirmed to E! News,

00:38 is now dating jujitsu trainer Joaquin Valente, regrets her marriage to Tom.

00:43 She tells Robin Roberts,

00:44 "It's definitely a time of, you know, a transition that had to take place.

00:49 I don't think you wish for that, you know, but I think sometimes in life things happen.

00:54 And now I get to create a new season and I'm grateful for all of it. I'm grateful for every lesson."

01:01 In fact, co-parenting their kids has been one of the biggest lessons

01:04 Giselle has learned since her 2000 split with Tom.

01:07 "There's easier days than others, but I think, you know, it's amazing that the kids,

01:11 they're super smart children. They know what they can get away with.

01:15 So I think it's natural that it has different rules.

01:20 And then kids just adapt and I can only control what I do."

01:22 In a previous clip from the interview, Giselle broke down discussing her divorce with Tom.

01:27 "No one goes into a marriage thinking it's going to end, but it does."

01:30 "And it's heartbreaking, you know, to go through that."

01:33 "You said it was the, I think the phrase you use, 'the death of a dream.' "

01:37 "Yeah."

01:38 "How are you?"
