00:57 According to the news reports, the jet's pilot reported
00:59 smoke in the cockpit, so the plane made an emergency landing
01:02 at Van Nuys Airport in LA.
01:05 Carole G is in the midst of her Latin America stadium tour.
01:08 Kanye and Kim are back in the news
01:10 for disagreeing about the kids' school.
01:12 He posted, "Kim, take my kids out of Sierra Canyon now.
01:16 "It's a fake school for celebrities
01:18 "that are used by the system."
01:20 TMZ sources say Kim is upset
01:22 at how this endangers the kids' safety,
01:24 noting Kim wants these disputes settled privately,
01:27 something Kanye agreed to in the divorce settlement.
01:30 And Miley has arrived with new music with Pharrell
01:33 and is opening up to Apple Music
01:35 about how he helped her after Hannah Montana.
01:38 She stated, "He was really the only one

04:49 where I was in this like ancient synagogue
04:52 somewhere in the Middle East.

04:59 Basically I was playing with a baby tiger
05:01 and then the mother tiger was like shooting fire
05:03 out of her eyes.
05:04 - Whoa.
05:05 - And then I was like caught on,
05:06 and I was on flames, you know, I was on fire.
05:08 And then all of a sudden I looked down at my hand
05:10 and I saw it was made out of water.
05:12 And then I thought of the burning bush in the Bible,
05:15 you know, the story that Moshe, Moses,
05:16 speaks to God through the burning bush.
05:19 The burning bush is a fire that doesn't consume itself.
05:22 That's what it says about it, you know.
05:23 It's a fire that's not burning up.
05:25 And Moshe means drawn from the river,
05:27 drawn from the water, you know,
05:29 'cause Pharaoh's daughter pulled him out of the river.
05:32 So this idea of balance, you know,
05:34 and being an artist and how to continue
05:37 being in love with music and creating good art
05:40 and also make a living at the same time
05:43 is kind of, I guess, one of the main themes of the record.
05:46 There have been protesters at my show,
05:48 and two shows got canceled.
05:50 One of them in New Mexico at a place called Meow Wolf,
05:53 where after we had driven, you know,
05:55 hundreds of miles, set up, had a sold out show,
05:58 fans were starting to come.
06:01 The staff--
06:02 - That's what it was.
06:03 - Claims that they were afraid to come into the show
06:05 because of like 10 protesters.
06:09 We've, you know, discovered that that's obviously not true,
06:11 and they chose to not come in
06:15 and to wait till the last minute
06:16 so that we had to cancel the show.
06:18 The next night, there was a similar situation that happened,
06:22 and when they let us know that the show was canceled,
06:25 I myself started making phone calls
06:27 and found another venue,
06:29 a legendary reggae venue down the street.
06:32 This was in Tucson, Arizona,
06:33 so the Rialtos who canceled,
06:35 and The Rock, which is where Lil Peep,
06:38 that was where his last performance was.
06:40 And we went there, a guy named Joe
06:42 opened up the place for us.
06:44 You know, they claimed there that it was
06:46 a security issue at the Rialto.
06:49 So we moved everything,
06:51 found a completely new staff in two hours,
06:53 and had a beautiful concert with no security issues.
