00:00 You know it sounds simple, but in the grand scheme of things, we try to do everything as well as we can within our system.
00:10 We certainly are harping on details, especially this time of the year. We're trying to be clean, trying to do without fouling.
00:19 Trusting the technique is a term we use all the time. A lot of times I'll be pointing out things in video, like it's not a lack of effort.
00:27 You guys are playing hard enough, but you gotta trust the technique. You gotta get the technique into the game, and then you got something going.
00:34 It always comes down to guarding the ball. It always does, in my opinion. We talk, we talk, we game plan, we talk, and then at the end,
00:43 the mistake that's made three or four passes later is because we didn't guard the ball out here.
00:49 That's the thing that we've been harping on the most the last few weeks. Just to be prideful, and to understand there's only five of you out there.
01:00 When you're sitting on the bench, you want your teammates to be on point and doing their job.
01:05 Take it personal. Be accountable. Be responsible. Just do your job out there.
01:12 I think for the most part, that's what's improved the most is guarding the ball.
01:18 Our guards, obviously, the majority of them aren't very long. We're more compact, feisty, athletic, and strong.
01:29 But we don't.
