00:00 I'm really pleased and proud of the last two years support London has shown those from Ukraine,
00:04 opening up their homes, their communities, their schools, their hearts to those from Ukraine.
00:10 I'm really pleased also that the government's agreed that we can send any non-ULUS compliant
00:16 vehicles to Ukraine, working with the British Ukrainian Aid Charity. The London Ambulance
00:22 Service will send 50 non-ULUS compliant ambulances to Ukraine very soon. The first 10 will be going
00:28 in the next few weeks. I've set aside an additional £50 million towards the scrappage scheme,
00:33 so if any Londoner still has a non-ULUS compliant vehicle and wants to send it to Ukraine,
00:38 they can contact TfL, the British Ukrainian Aid Charity, and they'll ensure you get the right
00:43 certification to be eligible for the scrappage fund, but also you can be confident that vehicle
00:48 will end up in Ukraine. What's really important though is that we understand that we can have
00:53 neighbours and friends and work colleagues who have fled Ukraine, I think we should carry on
00:58 supporting them.
