00:00 It is vital for me to be here today. I am a proud Londoner and I am
00:03 committed to the democratic process. What has happened has been
00:07 utterly undemocratic. Sadiq Khan has had a consultation that he has
00:11 ignored the response of. He bought the ANPR cameras before the
00:15 consultation. He has ignored the respondents and he has also been
00:19 lying about numbers. Imperial College never said 4,000 deaths. The
00:23 main thing is that this is an unnecessary imposition. Ulez is
00:28 unnecessary, it is undemocratic. There are people from all over
00:32 London and outside London that are going to be much worse off. To
00:36 stop this, to stop what is going on, is as simple as that. We have
00:40 been doing this for months and months and months without very
00:44 very little coverage from the media. This has been going on for
00:46 months and months and months. At the moment we are trying to get
00:50 the attention of the government to actually intervene with all
00:52 this because they can do it. We have been chasing MPs, Tory MPs,
00:57 they give up. Labour, we totally give up. They are illogical. We
01:02 have been trying with the Tories to overturn this. So far they have
01:06 done nothing.
01:08 I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. That would be great.
01:15 Look at that notch. Notch. There you go. There you go, do an agenda.
01:27 I have got to support all these Londoners that do not want the
01:46 Ulez expansion put in. There are so many people. If you saw my
01:49 emails, they are heartbreaking. I am coming to support people.
01:53 People know if I become mayor in May, I will stop the Ulez
01:57 expansion on day one. This is the sixth demonstration I have been
02:02 on. I really object to the Ulez. The whole thing about control and
02:08 taking our money. I run a singing group in Causton. I have run it
02:13 for 22 years. Now I have been talking to my parents and
02:18 grandparents who attend the session. A third of them have said
02:22 they are going to stop coming once Ulez comes in. Rather than
02:26 paying £7 for the group, they are now going to have to pay £19.50
02:31 to come. It is just not in their budget to do so.
