00:15 Do you know the policy number? That's going to help.

00:17 Obviously, you're going to know your name and address and date of birth.

00:21 And then you issue your complaint

00:23 and you lodge it with your car finance provider.

00:27 And then you'll be ready for the kick in September

00:30 when they decide the FCA is bound to say that this was an unfair practice.

00:35 Of course, the lenders at the moment are adamant this was not unfair.

00:38 And Lloyds Bank have said, "We welcome the upcoming industry review.

00:42 "Our customers don't need to do anything right now,

00:44 "but can wait for the FCA outcome."

00:46 Not the advice we're giving, I'm afraid.

00:47 We're saying, "Do something now."

00:49 "Any customers who'd like to make a complaint

00:51 "should contact us directly using the contact form

00:53 "on the Blackhorse website."

00:54 Santander, similar response.

00:56 They're aware of the FCA's intended review

00:58 of historical commission arrangements.
