Headlines for Manchester February 22: Rochdale Town Hall to reopen this March, New all-day cafe and bar to open at Manchester Central & Manchester Film Festival returns for 10th year.

00:05 Rochdale Town Hall will finally reopen at the start of March with a brass band and a
00:10 host of performances and displays.
00:13 The Grade 1 listed building has stood in the heart of the town since 1871 but has been
00:18 closed off to the public for the last few years to undergo vital restoration work.
00:24 An all-day cafe and bar is set to open in Manchester Central this spring.
00:28 Junction will be open all day in an effort to appeal to bougie breakfasters, coffee shop
00:33 workers and late night diners.
00:36 And finally, Manchester Film Festival is returning in March for its 10th year.
00:41 As in previous years, the festival will take place at the Great Northern Odeon in Manchester
00:46 City Centre from Friday 15th to Sunday 24th March.
