00:00 When I go through your profile, you not only look at beauty or something with the brain.
00:09 You have beauty with the brain.
00:11 So what exactly you are into?
00:13 You are into writing, you are into photography, you are into so many multifaceted.
00:17 Yes, you are the first person who mentioned photography.
00:20 Thank you for mentioning that.
00:22 That was my surprising element when I gone through the profile.
00:26 I am glad you noticed that.
00:28 So I majored in photography in college.
00:30 I did my viscom and I specialized in photography.
00:35 I love capturing photos.
00:38 I love writing.
00:40 I love dancing.
00:42 So it was all things that the whole thing of creativity and expression.
00:48 I just love those things and things that I have studied and I can be decent at.
00:53 I continue to practice it.
00:55 Writing has taken my primary focus.
00:58 That's where I focus.
00:59 But these are the things that constantly support me also.
01:03 I heard that you came from the theatre.
01:07 So how difficult in turning to mainstream?
01:12 It was actually very difficult because I think especially when you come from theatre, a lot
01:17 of times you get approached for character roles.
01:20 You get approached for like these.
01:22 There will be some intense character role in between.
01:24 You may not necessarily be immediately thought of as a lead heroine or something like that.
01:32 And also the acting is different.
01:34 How you act in front of screen and theatre is completely different.
01:36 You came from theatre.
01:38 How did the Chari 111 experience help you?
01:43 So the theatre I worked with called Little Theatre.
01:47 We do a lot of physical comedy.
01:49 A lot of slapstick comedy and improv.
01:55 So the comic timing is very important.
01:57 So I think that's what and it's hectic schedules of rehearsing and discipline and practice.
02:04 So I think that's what really helped more than anything.
02:08 And you have to be very comfortable in your body.
02:10 Only because I developed that thing of being able to be comfortable in my body in an acting
02:16 environment was I able to like do the stunts and all of that stuff.
02:20 So it was a huge, huge help.
02:22 That was the foundation.
02:23 Many of the actors already mentioned that it's difficult to perform comedy than action.
02:32 So what is your opinion?
02:34 100 percent.
02:35 Comedy is very difficult.
02:36 I don't know how Kishore sir and all of these, like in Kishore sir's, I saw it like live
02:41 how he was doing all the comedy.
02:43 I don't know how comedians do it because it is very, very difficult.
02:48 And I'm definitely stronger in action than I'm in comedy.
02:52 I'm slowly learning to do it.
02:54 Only I think very intelligent people can kill it at comedy.
02:59 When you saw the trailer for Chari 111, it was like a comedy of errors.
03:07 It is something like that.
03:08 It is very much inspired by that theme.
03:11 So what exactly is your role in this Chari 111?
03:15 So in every, even in a comedy, especially in a comedy of errors, there has to be some
03:20 serious characters.
03:21 There has to be characters that actually take the plot forward, that do the work.
03:26 The center of attention will be the comedy, but there are people like Murali Sharma garu
03:31 and this is a completely serious character, like truly, truly serious and able to move
03:37 the plot forward and everything.
03:39 I'm also a serious character, but it was very hard to be a serious character.
03:44 I will say because Kishore garu is very funny.
03:48 So you need that for the story to move forward.
03:50 I think that's why.
03:51 Usually, young heroines are popular because they are a little romantic and then they choose
03:59 those kinds of characters.
04:01 Is there such a scope in this?
04:04 I thought I saw in this a lot of potential.
04:07 I saw a very nice experiment that could be successful.
04:13 I believe will be successful.
04:15 And I wanted to do something different.
04:18 I am a hopeless romantic.
04:21 I watched a lot of love stories, movies growing up.
04:23 I want to do love story movies.
04:26 I want to do romantic movies.
04:28 This was the first, this was the opportunity that came to me and it was an opportunity
04:32 that I knew for sure that I would not, I could not miss out on.
