00:00 We weren't planning on having a fourth, but I'm just over the moon. I'm so excited.

00:05 Jesse James Decker and Eric Decker, officially a family of six.

00:09 The couple welcoming their fourth child, a baby boy.

00:12 We like making babies.

00:13 Jesse announced she was pregnant again back in August with this video showing off her bum.

00:19 And later revealed she was having her third boy on the Today Show.

00:29 Okay, so you posted a picture. Let's show it.

00:31 Okay.

00:31 It's you and your sisters or sister-in-laws?

00:34 Sister and sister-in-law.

00:35 Sister and sister-in-law all in matching, but two little boys in matching outfit and

00:39 a third matching outfit. Does that mean you're having a boy?

00:42 I'm having a boy.

00:42 Yep, we're having another boy.

00:47 I would always, always have that panic of we're missing somebody.

00:50 And I always kind of knew in my heart, I'm like,

00:54 probably meant to have another one if I keep thinking that we're missing somebody.

00:58 And we were, we were missing someone.

01:01 Jesse getting candid with ET about how baby number four almost didn't happen.

01:05 I will say like he had had multiple like appointments booked to get a vasectomy to like

01:12 finish it off and he canceled it. We just kept not doing it. But I,

01:16 what I'm very, very intuitive. I'm very like, I don't know, I have like these dreams. Like,

01:22 I've just always kind of been like that. And I've throughout these years when we're with the kids

01:27 and we're all like holding hands, we're walking somewhere. I'd always be like, we're missing one.

01:32 The country singer and former NFL player got married in 2013 and are already parents to

01:38 daughter Vivian and sons, Eric Jr. and Forrest.

01:41 I just wake up every day just so excited just to be their mom. I really do. I'm like,

01:45 oh my God, I get to just get to be with them again today. It's just the greatest feeling.

01:50 Their wedding and the birth of their first child was featured on their reality show,

01:54 Eric and Jesse Game On.

01:57 Eric and Jesse, now you are husband and wife. Eric, you can kiss your wife.

02:02 Look at our sweet, sweet girl.

02:16 She was eight pounds, two ounces, 20 inches and had a lot of hair.

02:21 Now that she's here, it's like family becomes number one.

02:27 A lot's changed since the show ended in 2017.

02:30 Jesse's had three more kids, released three cookbooks,

02:33 lots of new music and even started her own clothing line. But as for more kids.

02:38 Do you think you'll have the appointment on the books in the future now?

02:41 I think so. You know, may eventually, yes. Oh my God, we are not going for a pick for sure.

02:47 We are not like a Brady Bunch, but no, we, uh, no, that's, that'll be it after this.
