00:00 As far as leadership goes, I don't think anything changes.
00:03 I just continue to be the same person I've been.
00:06 And then as far as playing in the finals, it's always cool to have an opportunity to be the last team standing.
00:13 That's what we all play for.
00:15 And it's, you know, you got to cherish it.
00:18 You know, I say it all the time, like you can't play this game forever.
00:21 And when you're done playing, all you get is memories.
00:24 So when you get these opportunities that come by once in a while,
00:27 you want to do everything you can to maximize it so you've got something worth remembering.
00:32 Thoroughly well-deserved.
00:34 Like anyone that is in that top category, like Chris and Parker,
00:39 everyone's deserving of the accolades that they get.
00:43 But with Bryce, I'm lucky enough to be around him every day.
00:46 And when we talk about every day, it's not October, November, December.
00:50 It's June, July, August.
00:52 What people don't see him doing to prepare for the success that he has as an individual
00:58 kind of gets lost in it all.
01:00 Like in June, July, he's in the gym five days a week,
01:05 making sure he's ready to capitalize on those moments.
01:09 And when we as a team are going through the struggles with our record,
01:14 that's where you can just lean on those things that you're doing in June and July.
01:19 And that's what I preach to our team.
01:21 And then you put in the work, good things happen.
01:24 And as you saw with Bryce, for that two-month stretch,
01:28 he was playing at an unbelievable level, probably one of the best in NBL history.
