"I decided to save up and surprise my boyfriend with his dream holiday to New York City for his 21st birthday," Mimi shared with WooGlobe. "I left handwritten notes all around the house, leading him to a box underneath the couch. Inside the box, there was a red Apple, and I had New York, New York by Frank Sinatra ready to play."

With a heart filled with glee, Mimi admitted that her partner's wholesome reaction made all her efforts worth every penny.
