Melbourne company fined $1.3m over worker's death

A Melbourne company has been fined $1.3 million over the death of a subcontractor who was crushed when a forklift toppled over and landed on him. The company and its owner are the first to be prosecuted under Victoria's workplace manslaughter laws.
