00:00 Consumer Act violates the No Video No Refund Policy of some online sellers, according to the Department of Trade and Industry.
00:09 DTI said that the right of the buyer to replace, refund or repair any damaged product is not required.
00:16 No unboxing video is required and the defective product is enough to be presented.
00:21 If the seller refuses to give a refund or replace the damaged product, you may email consumercare@dti.gov.ph.
00:31 After this, DTI will schedule a mediation between the seller and buyer within 7 to 10 days.
00:39 If there is no agreement, DTI will study the evidence and statements to determine who will be responsible.
