00:18 Then, it turned back and hit the black car in front of it.

00:23 The drivers of the car immediately went out of the road and hit the front of the car because of the repeated collision.

00:30 The motorists who were supposed to pass by the road were stopped because of what happened.

00:35 In the initial investigation, the retired judge who was driving the car with his assistant was supposed to go home.

00:42 They were then chased by the driver of the SUV several times.

00:47 The drivers of the car were saved.

00:49 The second incident was investigated by the Land Transportation Office Chief Vigor Mendoza.
