00:14 Especially among the young, if you look at the surveys, there's a disenchantment or a

00:24 lack of trust among the millennials across all countries and confidence in government.

00:33 I think we have to restore that.

00:35 I think we have to have initiatives, we will need leadership, we will need the leadership

00:44 of the US, the China, to come to a global consensus.

00:49 If we don't want to lose our young and if we don't want a really tenuous unity for global

00:59 issues to have a fracture between the north and south, the very fact that we're talking

01:04 about divisions in north and south tells us it's an emerging problem.

01:08 I think we need positive examples, positive examples that show that when there are global

01:16 issues that leaders can address them and can address them effectively.

01:24 And there's really no reason why that can't be done.
