00:00 You're used to a big pot, because unfortunately, most people are brewing tea wrong - or at
00:04 least not at its optimum - because really, this style of brewing - Gong Fu style brewing
00:10 - is one of the best ways to get the most flavor and effect out of your tea. Basically,
00:17 this style of brewing involves taking smaller containers, stuffing it full of leaves - or
00:23 really, a lot of leaves - and brewing multiple infusions. So you're brewing many, many times.
00:29 What you're doing, because you've got a lot of leaf in a small amount of water, you're
00:32 making really, really rich brews, which means that your teaware shrinks down as well. So
00:36 you're essentially drinking tea shots, okay? Not that you're going to down them, you're
00:41 going to sip them, but you know what I mean. So you're making very, very rich, flavorful
00:46 brews, and you're going to have more of that Cha Zui, Cha Qi, more of the energy, and that
00:50 tea-drunken effect. So this is what I would advise everybody to try out, Gong Fu brewing
