Brain of little ‘angel’ donated for research after 3yo dies from rare Angelman Syndrome

A Queensland family is helping pioneer research into a rare genetic condition that claimed the life of their young daughter. The 3-year-old’s brain was donated to a research facility in the United States, in the hope it can lead to a medical breakthrough in the treatment of Angelman Syndrome.
