00:05 five years we can see the newly installed spire. It is a near replica of the one that was destroyed
00:13 in that 2019 inferno. It has a cross and a rooster sitting at the top and the rooster has these
00:20 flaming wings which is meant to symbolize a phoenix rising from the ashes and one fun fact
00:26 is that inside of that rooster sits some of the artifacts from that 2019 fire along with a sealed
00:33 document with the names of the nearly 2,000 people that have worked on this restoration project.

00:46 They wanted to put a mirrored roof and spire on top with a time capsule but ultimately French
00:52 officials decided to stick with tradition. The building itself is going to reopen on December
