00:09 Georgetown District Police Chief ACP Razlam Abdul Hamid
00:13 said in the incident that occurred at about 8 p.m. on February 6,
00:18 "The 24-year-old woman found the hidden camera in a humidifier
00:23 stored in the bathroom of the homestay."
00:25 He added that the woman took out the hidden camera
00:28 and made a complaint to the homestay management
00:31 before lodging a police report at the Jelutong Police Station.
00:35 ACP Razlam said police were investigating the case from all aspects.
00:40 The initial investigation found that the camera captured no image or footage.
00:45 The case is being investigated under Section 509 of the Penal Code.
