I tried ice-skating for the first time - with some expert tips from a coach at the Blackpool Pleasure Beach Arena.

00:05 and I've actually been for a session with a professional ice skater.

00:11 So it was a lot of fun but also a really great challenge as well.

00:15 I am the kind of person who really hates spending hours and hours on a treadmill

00:21 so the idea of doing some kind of exercise that's a bit more fun

00:28 and something that gets me a bit off balance is definitely more up my street than going to a gym.

00:36 I found it really helped to clear my head as well.

00:38 I found it quite relaxing and I would definitely come again.
