00:00 PNP's cyber security desks will now be built in the police stations.
00:05 In the middle of this, there are more cyber crimes, including sex-tortion.
00:09 Witness, Jun Venera-Sean.
00:11 This suspect was just made to cry when he was arrested for the entrapment operation of PNP-ACG,
00:22 or Anti-Cybercrime Group in Osami City.
00:28 The victim's ex-girlfriend was the one who reported the suspect.
00:30 She shared her private photos and posted them on her friends' social media.
00:35 This is one of the sex-torture activities where the victim and the suspect have a relationship.
00:43 We are still trying to get the suspect's phone number.
00:49 Sex-tortion is one of the cyber-related incidents that is continuously increasing.
00:56 According to PNP-ACG, only 56 sex-tortion cases were reported in 2021.
01:01 The number of cases almost doubled in the following year and increased to 121 in the previous year.
01:08 In the beginning of January, 19 cases were reported.
01:14 But in the list of cyber-related incidents, online scamming is the most common.
01:21 The number of cyber-related incidents in 2022 was 7,208. It almost doubled to 14,030 in the previous year.
01:29 Other cyber-related crimes like computer-related fraud and lab scam also increased.
01:35 It's alarming in the sense that we don't get zero every day.
01:40 This is a big criminal activity that really requires a whole-of-nation approach.
01:47 Not only will PNP-ACG establish cyber-security desks in police stations,
01:53 but police will also add more security to PNP-ACG.
01:57 For GMA Integrated News, your June Veneration.

02:04 The Department of Foreign Affairs will also be strict in monitoring the foreigners who are trying to obtain Philippine passports.
02:10 Raffi Tima is a witness.
02:16 This year, the number of passport appointments will be back to pre-pandemic level, according to DFS Secretary Enrique Menalo.
02:22 Last year, the number of passport slots offered by the DFA was almost 2.5 million.
02:27 This year, it is expected to increase.
02:30 For now, there is no backlog for the appointment and printing of passports.
02:34 Today, passport applications can be efficiently completed in a matter of minutes rather than hours as before.
02:43 In the midst of the large number of passport holders, consular offices are strict with the foreigners who are trying to obtain Philippine passports.
02:50 This is usually done by foreigners who want to use the country's passport for illegal activities.
02:56 Here in Asiana alone, we were able to identify and prevent at least 58 attempts.
03:04 For GMA Integrated News, I am Raffi Tima, your witness.
03:11 King of Tok, Boy Abunda, was shocked that the separation of Bea Alonzo and Dominic Roque had nothing to do with the prenuptial agreement.
03:18 But why did some people have such a meeting before getting married?
03:23 Witness, Marie Zumali.
03:25 In his confirmation yesterday of the separation of Bea Alonzo and Dominic Roque,
03:33 King of Tok, Boy Abunda, immediately suggested that the prenuptial agreement was the reason for this meeting.
03:41 The one who volunteered to Bea's mother that the prenup was okay was Dominic.
03:47 So I don't think it is and it was an issue unless the story was changed.
03:54 It was not a problem because it was not an issue.
03:58 To be fair to Dominic, it was not an issue for Dominic.
04:01 But what is the prenuptial agreement?
04:04 According to family lawyer, Atty. Gabby Concepcion,
04:07 this is a agreement that is entered by a woman and a man who will get married.
04:14 This is to govern what will be their agreement and agreement insofar as their property is concerned.
04:25 Some well-known personalities confirmed that they have a prenuptial agreement.
04:29 Among them is the husband of Senator Cheese Escudero at Heart Evangelista.
04:33 In our case, prenup which is a complete separation of property.
04:37 Meaning what's hers is hers, what's mine is mine.
04:40 It depends on the negotiation but usually, all the property is included in this contract.
04:45 Business, earnings from work, even money, even the debt of two wives.
04:51 But why is it important to have a prenup?
04:53 Because if there is no prenup, based on the family code,
04:58 if you get married, all the property that you can have before you get married,
05:05 almost all the property that you will earn will be the property of the husband.
05:13 For example, before I got married and I have 100 million pesos,
05:19 if something happens to us and we separate and we will share the property,
05:24 that 100 million, 50 to me, 50 to him.
05:28 Which is why a lot of people don't like it.
05:30 There will be a possibility that you will get married because you are rich, he is not.
05:34 The problem here in the Philippines is that people do not easily accept prenuptial agreements
05:40 because it takes the romance out of a marriage.
05:44 Sometimes, the parties will be insulted.
05:46 Why is it that I am getting you married because you have money and all I have is your money?
05:52 According to Atty. Concepcion, a prenuptial agreement is only considered effective if it is written,
05:58 signed, and has the consent of both parties and was made before getting married.
06:03 It should also be registered in the civil registry where you got married
06:06 and in the property registry where you got married.
06:09 For GMA Integrated News, I am Maris Umali.
06:13 Saksi!
06:17 Thousands of residents in two barangays in the coastal area of Puerto Princesa in Palawan were awakened by a strong fire.
06:24 Aside from the construction of light materials in the houses,
06:26 the wind was strong so it was difficult for the firemen to escape and become residents.
06:31 According to the authorities, 450 houses were destroyed.
06:36 Almost 1,000 families lost their homes.
06:39 No one was injured in the incident and the price of the burnt house is around 3.5 million pesos
06:45 and the reason is still being investigated.
06:48 Meanwhile, the manufacturing operations of all firewood production in Cabuyao, Laguna were suspended.
06:57 This will last for 30 days.
07:00 Next, there was a fire and explosion in Barangay Bigaa on February 1 where 6 people were killed.
07:08 As of now, no case has been filed against the owner of the firewood production.
07:12 The owner of the house is helping in the construction of the damaged houses.

07:51 Solen's priority is her two children.
07:54 But does she have any plan to add her own siblings?
07:57 Just two. I'm already a quota.
08:07 A motorcycle suddenly crashed into Poso Rubio, Pangasinan.
08:13 The rider was badly injured.
08:15 The rider was taken to the hospital and was hit on the leg.
08:19 He is now in a good condition.
08:21 There is a perfect Valentine's Day gimmick for cat lovers who have ex-lovers in a shelter in America.

08:44 Let's watch!
08:45 Boba Eyes, Cutie Whiskers, Perfect Fur.
08:55 Who wouldn't be jealous if cats are this cute?
08:58 But feral cats or cats with a lot of fur are overpopulated in some places in America.
09:03 That's why an animal shelter in New Jersey is pushing for cats to be named after them.
09:08 But here's the twist.
09:09 The cats you will name after can be named after your ex.
09:13 Taylor Swift's song "Karma" is really about cats.
09:31 The most common names sent in are Jeff, Mike, Ian, and Tyler.
09:38 So those are the four most common ex-names sent in.
09:41 I think my favorite is Gaslight Guy.
09:44 The next level exes are named after their cats.
09:51 This campaign started in 2011 in a zoo in New York.
09:55 And they have accumulated more than 1 million US dollars or 61 million pesos.
10:01 Let's talk about exes first.
10:04 Let's talk about singles on Valentine's Day.
10:07 If you want to leave on Valentine's Day,
10:10 you can already be approved if you are employed by LGU of Basud, Camarines Norte.
10:15 The goal is for them to find their forever.
10:18 If you don't want to leave, you can convert it to a day of salary.
10:26 If you're single but you want to explore, this might be the right destination.
10:30 Library.
10:31 On the other side of the road where you can have a blind date with a book.
10:34 As soon as you enter, someone is waiting for your mystery book.
10:38 With matching ballpens, chocolates, and sweet messages.
10:42 According to LGU, the goal of the program is to bring back the interest of people in reading books, especially in youth.
10:49 It will last until the end of the month.
10:52 For GMA Integrated News, Joseph Moro is your witness.
10:56 Thank you, Igan, for your witness.
10:59 I am Arnold Clavio.
11:01 I am PR Kanghel for a bigger mission and for a wider service to the country.
