Inireklamo sa Ombudsman ng grupong MANIBELA ang ilang opisyal kabilang ang transportation secretary, chairman ng LTFRB at Solicitor General. Dahil ito sa patong-patong umanong paglabag sa Konstitusyon ng itinutulak na modernisasyon ng mga jeepney.

01:05 is violating the rights under the Constitution.

01:08 It is a confiscation of property, deprivation of property.

01:21 The group is urging the officials to stand up.

01:24 This is the second legal complaint against the PUV modernization program

01:34 and there are groups who are demanding that the program should not be implemented.
