00:00 Most of the nuclear powers are democracies, are they not?
00:08 So we have politicians sitting as the commanders of the armies.
00:18 Now on one hand we keep blasting our politicians as very very disgusting people.
00:32 On the other hand, we have given them our nuclear stockpiles to command and fire.
00:44 Don't you see that's a very odd, inflammable combo?
00:52 The same politician that you accuse of being a rioter, an arsonist, a corrupt person, a
01:14 wild man, sometimes even a murderer, the same politician then becomes the Prime Minister
01:28 or the President or somebody and this person is commanding 400 nuclear warheads now.
01:39 Don't you see how precarious our position is?
01:45 The entire world loves to hate, let's say, somebody like Trump and you would even say
01:54 that he is an imbecile, he is mentally unstable, emotionally he is a wreck.
02:00 All those things are said about him, no?
02:06 And what was he commanding?
02:08 The world's largest nuclear force capable of destroying the earth at least 20 times
02:17 over.
02:19 That's the might of the US nuclear arsenal.
02:22 Not one country, it can destroy the entire planet 20 times over.
02:32 And when you are that kind of a person inside, as we said, you will necessarily be able to
02:41 locate if not create enemies on the outside.
02:45 That's the reason why powerful countries have to necessarily get into conflicts.
02:53 If there is no war, then power starts feeling suffocated.
03:01 What do you do with all these sleek missiles?
03:07 See how beautiful they look, they must be put to use.
03:12 So then you search for wars, then you search for wars.
03:17 Now you are saying there is so much conflict in the world.
03:24 That conflict is coming from the mind of the man.
03:27 Which man am I talking of?
03:29 Not just the decision maker, but actually all those who put the decision maker in the
03:35 chair.
03:37 And who are those people?
03:38 You and me.
03:41 Because there is darkness in our mind, so we put dark people in positions of power.
03:47 Do you see that?
03:50 You will do as you are and that implies you will vote as you are.
03:55 No?
03:56 So if the common man is steeped in ignorance, that's the kind of leaders he is going to
04:06 select or elect.
04:10 And then they will fight.
04:14 Then they will fight.
04:18 Is that surprising?
04:20 Is that not obvious?
04:21 So what is the solution?
04:24 Mass awareness is the solution.
04:28 It cannot be a top down thing.
04:32 It has to arise from the grassroots.
04:39 You have to know what is valuable.
04:43 You have to know that knowledge, realization, freedom are more important than anything else.
04:59 And then there is a solution to conflict.
05:02 Otherwise you can keep having any numbers of conferences and summits, nothing comes
05:09 out of it.
05:10 In fact we had a few particular conferences.
05:15 The Second World War came out of that.
05:20 You know, the Second World War was born out of actually a treaty.
05:28 The Treaty of Persia.
05:32 So you can actually get together and have a conference and that conference results in
05:37 a world war.
05:38 And you will say it's a peace conference.
05:40 It's a conference to keep the universe in one piece.
05:55 It has to begin with you.
05:57 It has to begin with me.
05:59 There is no other way.
06:02 This might sound old-fashioned, not very exciting, but sorry, this is the only solution.
06:09 And if this is not the solution, then calamity is the option.
06:16 The ones who are my age or older than me in this room, we will probably escape with lesser
06:29 damage because we anyway don't have too many decades to live.
06:36 But you people have what, five decades, six decades.
06:40 On an average that's how long you live.
06:44 So the onus is on you to not let the planet degrade beyond a point.
06:54 You are inheriting it, you will be inhabiting it.
07:03 The older ones who are ruining it would ruin it and be gone.
07:11 And all the muck and the debris will be on your head.
07:18 So it's you who should stand up.
