00:15The hospital would not look half as clean as the slaughterhouse.

00:18That's a stupid definition of cleanliness, no?

00:20Just to call something clean because it looks clean to the eyes.

00:25You have to look at the totality of what is happening there.

00:27It might look clean to the eyes, but something extremely violent is happening there

00:31and which is made worse by the fact that it is not visible.

00:34How dirty is that? How dirty is that?
