00:14 This is a Valentine's outfit, but like,

00:17 I'm going to a Valentine's event with my wife,

00:20 and there's, I don't know if I'm, I'm not allowed to keep this, so.

00:24 I think you should, because you look very dapper in it.

00:27 You're hosting tonight.

00:28 I know.

00:29 What's the gig?

00:30 Well, from what I was told that John requested me,

00:34 you know, sometimes they have hosts at Music Cares,

00:37 and sometimes they don't,

00:39 and I was told that John wanted a host,

00:41 and he threw my name out there,

00:43 and you know, it's just a great gig,

00:46 and you know, I wish I could stick around for the Grammys,

00:48 but I have to get back because I've got like five kids,

00:50 and it's chaos.

00:52 But it's a great opportunity,

00:56 and I'm a Bon Jovi fan, so I was excited to do it.

00:59 What are your first Bon Jovi memories?

01:01 I mean, I remember "Runaway."

01:06 I remember being in a car hearing "Runaway."

01:08 I didn't know it was Bon Jovi,

01:10 but I remember the whole "Slippery When Wet."

01:13 It was, I mean, you're young.

01:15 You know, it's like, it defined an era.

01:18 Like, it was just hit upon hit where you didn't,

01:20 you're like, that's the same guy?

01:22 Because there were so many bands of that era,

01:24 and they're all gone because I killed them.

01:27 No, but they're all gone, but he just, you know,

01:31 the band Bon Jovi was a hit machine.

01:33 What's your favorite of that time?

01:35 I mean, I, you know, living on a prayer is,

01:39 I think it's just kind of, it's just universal.

01:43 Like, I remember I was on my Spotify,

01:45 and I pulled up, because I was doing research for this,

01:49 and I think it was the number 168 song

01:54 on my Spotify, on like whatever the list is.

01:57 So like, and that song's 40 years old.

02:00 It's still chugging along.

02:02 It still resonates, right?

02:04 And I know that you were in the Jerry Seinfeld

02:07 directorial debut on "Frosted," the Pop-Tart story.

02:10 Tell me about that experience.

02:12 What was it like being a part of that cast?

02:14 Oh my gosh, well, you, it was,

02:16 it was one of those situations where we would go to the set,

02:21 and you'd be like, oh wow, I didn't know that

02:24 this person was on the movie.

02:26 I mean, it was just comedy icon, acting icon,

02:30 and because, you know, when Jerry Seinfeld asked for a favor,

02:33 people are like, yeah, I'll do Jerry Seinfeld a favor.

02:36 So it was just all different, and Jerry just, you know,

02:40 knows exactly what he wants,

02:42 so it was a really fun experience,

02:44 but it was really neat seeing all these people,

02:47 and I don't want to give away some of the names,

02:49 because there are some names that come in,

02:51 and you're like, wow, how'd you get this?

02:53 So it'll be fun when people watch it.
