Medial mogul Byron Allen is making another bid to buy Paramount Global after an effort last year failed to gain traction. Allen Media Group offered $14.3 billion to purchase Paramount Global in a deal that would be roughly $30 billion, including debt. The offer of $28.58 per voting share and $21.53 per non-voting share is around 50% higher than the 90-day average prices. Allen offered to buy Paramount last year, but the board declined, expecting prices to rise though they have since declined 37%.
